StayStack is a product of Encrobytes Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India. When we refer to "StayStack", "we", "our", or "us" in this policy, we mean Encrobytes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and the StayStack platform.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: • Account registration details (name, email, phone, company name) • Property and operational data entered into the platform • Guest information processed through the platform on behalf of our customers • Payment and billing information (processed through PCI-compliant providers) • Usage data, logs, and analytics to improve the platform • Communications you send us (demo requests, support tickets)

We use collected data to: • Provide, operate, and improve the StayStack platform • Process transactions and send related information • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support • Send operational communications (updates, security alerts) • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
StayStack implements end-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit — an industry-first standard in hospitality software. We use role-based access control (RBAC), two-factor authentication (2FA), and regular security audits to protect your data. Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA.
5. Guest Data & Data Processing
StayStack acts as a data processor for guest data entered by our hotel operator customers (the data controllers). We process guest data strictly on the instructions of our customers and do not use it for any independent purpose. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
6. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a 90-day grace period following cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at ping@encrobytes.com. Some data may be retained for longer where required by law.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You may also object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at ping@encrobytes.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Third-Party Integrations
StayStack integrates with third-party services including OTAs, payment gateways, and accounting software. When you use these integrations, the third party's own privacy policy applies to data shared with them. We are not responsible for third-party data practices.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
